Back in 2018, Vapiano made a commitment to sourcing 100% cage-free eggs globally by the end of 2024.
While the majority of our markets were already using cage-free eggs as standard at that time,, we are now pleased to report a 39% increase in meeting this standard.
This means that 25 out of 26 of our markets are using Cage-free eggs.
We have only one country to verify and we are working with our partners and suppliers to clarify the position as soon as possible
Packaging
The iconic red and white packaging Vapiano use in most global markets is a reusable containers which we encourage guests to keep and reuse for home use.
